Dear Ada, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience about your recent stay at our hotel. We sincerely appreciate your feedback and we are very sorry we did not exceed your expectations. The valet parking services are located in the same building that we the Hilton Garden Inn French Quarter/CBD is located, but their services are provided by an outsource company and not by the hotel. Some guest book the hotel with rates that includes the valet parking fee but if is not, the guest will need to pay for it as is not included automatically just for be our guest. Please allow me to express my sincerest apologies regarding the valet parking fee confusion. Your comments are very important to us and it saddens me to know that we disappointed you regarding the valet parking fee services and all together made your experience negatively memorable. Your comments will help us as we continually work to improve our guest experience. We hope you will consider staying with us again in the future. Our goal is to make your stay better and brighter.
