Requesting a Discount

After spending the day in Hermann, MO on our feet all day. We expected to have a goodnight sleep in our reserved king size bed room, only to find out there were two uncomfortable twin beds put together. We travel often and in my 35+ years of travel, this was a first. Also, I called the front desk to request a late check out and was told I had to pay and additional $25 on top of the overcharged nightly price. Disappointing doesn’t begin to describe it!
