Mold on shower curtains and soap holder, cracked tv, mildew in the microwave, tv remote did not work. This hotel is very outdated. Smells bad. This is the worse hotel I ever stayed in. Asked the clerk to have the manager call me, he never did. I picked LaQuinta because they are always nice and clean. NOT THIS ONE! Talked to staff, to ask for a refund. It was her first day alone and wasn't much help. Always read reviews before you book. This is privately owned, so I guess this guy just doesn't care. I took pictures because it was so gross to warn my friends and always read the reviews.

This was a horrible place to stay I was upset I selected no cancellations people please stay at the Biloxi one instead way cleaner and nicer staff and they wore masks here not one staff member wore a mask except for when we checked out the gentleman was actually nice and wore a mask. The check in was horrible young girl on cell phone while I was trying to check in and had attitude

I was so upset by my recent stay at La Quinta Inn-Pascagoula; I felt personally violated! I was shocked by the carelessness of the staff, specifically in regard to COVID-19. None of the staff were wearing masks. Upon check in, the staff member was very nice (although whomever had answered the phone when we called was decidedly NOT nice and was quite unhelpful apparently because we booked "with a third party") but she did not have a mask on. This was understandable because she was behind a partition. The next day when we were checking out, I took my room keys back to the front desk and watched the attendant walking all over the lobby--no mask. I asked her (Teresa) if masks were mandatory and she said, "No." That's not what the signs on the door to the inn said! Perhaps the most upsetting part is how the "takeaway breakfasts" were handled. Each guest is given a tear-off ticket for the breakfast bags. When I looked back to where the bags were, there were several men (no masks) watching me ... smiling/smirking and COUGHING. No way I was headed back there for a takeaway breakfast! As I was leaving, one of the men went out before me and turned his head back toward me and COUGHED! Just hilarious, right? I guess it was to all of them. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

The check-in took 45 mins, the staff did not clean they room even with us asking for them to do so. We explained this to the manager and he swiped it off saying we don’t clean if there is something on the bed. I clean up prior to us leaving the room when ever I travel. We were very unsatisfied! I would travel another 2 hours to avoid this hotel!!!

Thank you for your review but ilyou did stay 2 nights and you wanted a discount upon checkout. If you truly did not want to stay you were able to leave anytime. It is true if there are personal items on the bed we do not touch the bed. Also, during Covid19 we are only doing limited service to stay-over room.

There was constant security traveling through the parking lot. Not from a security service, but from the local authorities.

The room was so bad we ended up leaving and finding another hotel! The lobby was nice and clean and the lady at the front desk was very nice. The minute we walked into our room the smell of mildew hit you in the face. The beds felt damp as well as the floors. It was just an overall unpleasant experience

The carpet is gross the floors werent very clean either. Sofa couch was broke and dirty sheet... Other than that its been decent. Staff are friendly and breakfaat was good, nothing fancy.
