Would have liked better housekeeping but unfortunately the snow storm hinder that but you will have that overall nice quiet place to lay your head

The exterior door to get into hallway to stairs did not secure properly. Was supposed to lock so you could use key to get into building it did not! The property had been plowed but was not properly treated for snow/ice conditions! Room was extremely cold when we arrived. Room had stains on carpet.

Linens were dirty, there was a fingernail clipping on the counter, the shower did not look like it had been properly cleaned, the floor had not been mopped or swept, marks and smudges on the mirrors, heating vent was full of debris. Not clean at all. Very disappointed.
