This hardly seems like a Wyndham property. Person at the desk hardly looked at me when we arrived and not very responsive to my request for a receipt. The room was large with one queen bed. Lots of room for a cozy chair or two, but nothing but a hard desk chair. There was a chair in the bathroom, but that was for towels because the towel rack was broken. The wall mount for the hair dryer was also broken off. The sink plug would not move up or down. It was stuck in the closed position, so I simply removed it so we could use the sink. When we left we told the same desk person about all the issues. She said she would put a maintenance order out for it. It needed a maintenance order before we got the room! A note of regret for the room we got would have been appreciated and professional, but no such luck on that, either. The place needs new management, new staff, and real improvements. Even the wall clock in the eating area did not work. Don't they care about anything? Wow!
