Terrible experience overall.
Awful reception staff with an anti-customer attitude that I’ve almost never seen at any hotel. I asked for late checkout a few minutes before 11, as my family was nit as yet all packed, something that, in my experience, hotels ate happy to provide where necessary and where new guests aren’t waiting in the lobby for their rooms, but was told no, I had to be out if my room in a few minutes. Unbelievable. Terribly customer antagonistic.
Hotel design nice but room cramped and a tiny shower that insisted on putting water out into the floor. Wifi very slow.
A very bad experience overall. This hotel should be avoided

Sir,
I am sorry that your stay ended badly.
I made your arrival and departure. At 11 a.m. you went down to reception to tell me that you were keeping the rooms until 12 p.m. / 12:30 p.m., I kindly told you that the check-out was at 11 a.m. but on your two rooms I could leave one available for you until at 11:30 am.
You went up, and came down again 10 minutes later, throwing the keys on the reception and making inappropriate remarks. In 8 years in the hotel business, I have never encountered an aggressiveness like yours.
EXPEDIA GROUP users will get their opinion of our establishment with the excellent marks we have, 4.4 / 5 in general and 4.6 / 5 for staff.
A prior request could have enabled us to organize ourselves in order to leave you both rooms longer as one room was not enough for you.

J’ai fait votre arrivée et votre départ. A 11h vous êtes descendu en réception me dire que vous gardiez les chambres jusqu’à 12h-12h30, je vous ai gentiment dit que le check-out était à 11h mais que sur vos deux chambres je pouvais vous en laisser une à disposition jusqu’à 11h30.
Vous êtes remonté, et redescendu 10 minutes plus tard en jetant les clefs sur la réception et tenant des propos déplacés. En 8 ans d’hôtellerie je n’ai jamais rencontré une agressivité comme la vôtre.
Les utilisateurs d’ EXPEDIA GROUP seront se faire un avis de notre établissement avec les excellentes notes que nous avons , 4.4/5 en note générale et 4.6/5 pour le personnel.
Une demande préalable aurait pu nous permettre de nous organiser afin de vous laisser les deux chambres plus longtemps vu qu’une chambre ne vous suffisait pas.
