It was a struggle daily to get a beach chair. Some of the dining staff were not helpful and finding silverware, glasses ,coffee cups and salt was like a treasure hunt. The preferred national drinks were not available and less favored brands were served.

You get what you pay for at this resort. The staff is fantastic- great people, friendly, go above and beyond for guests, best aspect of this resort. If you are a really picky eater or have kids that won’t eat anything but American food this resort doesn’t offer much variety. It has a lot of Jamaican and fish items, but didn’t offer traditional American options like burgers or pizza. It always had fish, but I don’t really eat seafood so not great for me. I was surprise they didn’t readily have meat patties as an option. Drinks are really strong, almost too much alcohol per drink. The amenities in my room didn’t really work, the water pressure was weak and didn’t work the first day I was there. Our tv didn’t work for the first few days. The WiFi is weak almost doesn’t work, so consider a portable wifi or cell service if you want strong internet access. The iron didn’t work. For the price it was okay but not luxurious and average pool and beach access. But has entertainment every night and staff are really nice so if it’s all you can afford doable for vacation. If you want the best of the best, book elsewhere.

The service staff was caring and kind most of the time. The management staff however, didn't care. The Room we had was horrible. Like something that was still in the 1960's. The lampshades were torn and barely hanging on, as well as water stained. There was black mold throughout the room. The closet was so small and old, you had no were to hang anything. It had no where to put your clothes other than stacking your suitcases. The bathroom had no light or anywhere to place personal items. No where to sit other than on the bed. The King size bed took up the whole room. The room that was suppose to be 320 sqft was maybe 190 at the most with the bathroom included. The pictures of the rooms were not what you got. Most of the of the vacationers, stated the same thing- rooms were not clean and in disrepair. The food and liquor, though was good for an all-inclusive resort. Due to the horrible conditions of the room this left a sickening feeling most of the trip. The Management team at the desk didn't care, nor were they willing to do anything about the room. I would love to submit the pictures we took to this online review-pictures speak a 1000 words

I would not recommend this resort to no one. It’s in a bad area of Jamaica and the food was not good the place was filled with flies everywhere and the tub was dirty it had a smell in the resort like if the toilet was clog and the smell of poop was everywhere.

Employees was not friendly. Guest service was few and for between. Food was terrible. Drinks was good but just not friendly and mostly boring. Too many cats running around and watching them have “inneractions” in the dining room while eating was not pleasant. Won’t return.

From the check in to the check out the staff was awesome. The facilities were always well kept and had enough amenities to keep you busy or just relax. The location is far enough away from Montego Bay that you don't have a touristy feel and the staff genuinely want to be there to help you. There were beach chairs available without having to stake your claim early in the morning. The activity director was enthusiastic and had a variety of events to offer. I would definitely look to go back. We stayed in a courtyard room but I may look to do a cottage stay next time.
