This hotel was very filthy.. The pool was closed, spit wads completely covered the ceiling fan in the bathroom, room was dirty, the hall and lobby areas were really dirty, and the room made me cringe some.. I have stayed at many nice Americinns, but this one was terrible. The breakfast area did not have anything there except toast and dry cereal, the liquid coffee creamers were rotten.. I would tell anyone wanting to stay here, DON'T.

This property is not what is described and picured. It shows it has a pool, it sits empty with stored items all around. It states they have breakfast, we could not even get coffee at 930. The roof was leaking in the lobby, our room also appeared to have water damage. This property is well dated and in disrepair. 1 out of 3 employees that I talked to were nice.

Room was fairly clean, but pool was closed, came down at 830 for breakfast & it was over because they ran out of food. If you are full you have to plan & accommodate your guests if you advertise free breakfast. System was down so couldn’t get a copy of receipt. Outside garbage receptacles were overflowing & smelly. Not a good experience.

I am currently staying here. Robbed me and my family of money with empty promises and promotions on this site. They advertised a pool yet it was closed. Got into our room and the ice bucket was so dirty turned the water brown. The morning breakfast was a loaf of white bread. Everything is broken/out of service/ dirty. Sad excuse for a place to stay. I do not recommend. Should be flagged for all the inconsistencies.

Thank you for your Feedback, Regarding pool [we have an water Heater issue so we ordered the parts which are yet to arrive sorry for this and if this is your primary reason we would have cancelled your reservation with full refund while you checked in]. Regarding breakfast we noted that we are providing a basic breakfast[Sugar Cereals, Milk, Waffle, Coffee, Juice Etc:] but stating only a white bread and there is nothing wrong in your room because we check the rooms before we rent to our customers. If you felt there is something wrong we would have definitely changed you to new room or proceed with a full refund. Sorry for the inconvenience you faced we hope you will stay with us to see the changes.

The staff were all new, the property was ill-kept and dirty, and they still charge you a full price when you complain.

It was a nice hotel, the price was reasonable. Our son and his family live is moline, so we will be staying there again.

For the low price I was offered it was one of the best hotel rooms I’ve been in for awhile, it was all pristine and clean while also having access to some great things! If I ever come here again I will be staying here
