Pool is not working. Employee said it hasn’t been for a while and they don’t plan to fix it soon or possibly ever.
The pool was the reason for our visit, they refused to refund or book us at a sister hotel.
Lucky for us Travelocity kept to their word because it was advertised with a pool. We were booked at another hotel through Travelocity.

Parking: great. Staff: hardworking, friendly, but not enough cleaning staff. Pool and hot tub: CLOSED ever since covid. Wish this was advertised in advance. But received free upgrade to room with whirlpool! Room: We stayed in 2 room suite. Living room good sized. Tv had sound but no picture. Maintenance never came. Couch was grossly dirty. We did not even want to sit on it. Son that was planning to sleep there stayed at a relative’s house instead. Bathroom was big. Sink, counter, shower, and whirlpool. Whirlpool worked great!!! After we let water out, there was a lot of residue in the tub, though, that made us not want to use it twice. Maybe the jets need cleaning?? Shower could have been cleaner.
Bedroom was comfortable. Tv had app options, so we could use Netflix, YouTube, etc. Mattress was comfortable. Some linens stained and did not look clean. Amenities and breakfast small but sufficient. Coffee maker was dirty; Only had decaf coffee available, got more later.
Room was not serviced during 2 night stay. We had to find our own towels and trash bags. Long lines at counter. Short staffed. Heard some rooms not ready by 3:00- still being cleaned.
Would probably not stay here again. Overall impression, dirty, understaffed, broken things. However, very thankful we had place to stay. And very thankful for the staff that looked like they were trying their best. It was graduation weekend, and extremely busy.
