The refrigerator wasn’t on, and the TV was difficult to operate the furnace (heater/AC) was very loud

We apologize for the inconvenience of the tv and AC, we will look into those issues. It is noted at the front desk that we keep the refrigerators off to save energy. If needed, you are required to turn them on.

The desk clerk in the morning that also maintained the breakfast food would go back and forth from handling food to helping patrons at fron desk without washing hands ever. He also wore his jeans down around his thighs which was disgusting because you could see his underwear. He looked like a hoodlum. Glad we wete on our way out. Otherwise the facility was nice

The pool and hot tub were out of service and have been for years. Our room wasn't ready but we were a little early. No issues otherwise

Travelocity should have known the city was under a boil water restriction and the pool was closed and ni coffee.

Very clean and has a friendly staff. Pool was going through some work so it was closed. The exercise room had broken equipment and few devices. Bed was very comfortable!

Pool and Spa were out of order. However this was made clear at time of booking, so no surprise. Just a bummer. Rooms very clean and beds super comfortable. Breakfast selection was nice. Very friendly staff.
