The fact that you need to book the airport shuttle 24 hours in advance, or else you get charged, is ridiculous. And it is NOT stated in the hotel overview that you will be charged if not booked in advance. Overview says FREE airport shuttle. That’s it. It’s an airport hotel, the shuttle should be free no matter what time you book it.

Staff excellent. Also, they kept Pizza kitchen open late for arriving guests! And pizza was pretty good. Rooms clean. One slight disappointment: although free shuttle van picked us up at 9:30pm which was great, the free shuttle is booked for the morning so we have to pay for a cab. Not the end of the world, but would have been nice to have it in the morning too, or compensated for the can. Again, not a big deal, but you asked for my input, so there it is.
