The hotel offered all the basics and a bit more. They had a full size fridge and table in unit. The shuttle to the ski areas that picked up at the door was wonderful. Really appreciated the breakfast and that they had coffee, tea, water out all day.

The property was very clean and welcoming. The only issue I had was the check-in. I checked in early morning, around 2am and no one was managing the front desk. There was no bell to ring to alert someone we were there. I resorted to banging on the desk to get someone to tend to us. That was the only issue we encountered during our stay

Got double charged for my room. I tried to resolve it with two different "managers" who then told me they'd fix it, only to see they added another fraudulent charge and never resolved my original double charge. I think something sketchy is going on at this place. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges since trying to deal with the hotel got me nowhere.

Only thing I thought was nice was the 2 bedroom suite. Other than that I stood as checkin for 5 minutes before I was greeted. The gal at checkin never gave instructions on breakfast or wifi. The room was filthy. Food was stuck on the wall. Kitchen area was not swept. There was food stuck on the ottoman. Carpet had multiple stains. Very disappointed. Definitely not 4/5 stars.
