Property was clean and friendly staff as usual. Did miss a in house restaurant for a meal, snack or breakfast but understand due to previous outbreak of covid. Would stay at again.

We just got back from a 10 day trip to NYC and DC. We stayed at myltiple hotels, and this was the only one that cleaned the room daily. It was nice to come home from a long day of sight-seeing and get into a clean bed. The check-in process was easy and quick and the hotel was located in a great location - super close to Grand Central station, lots of restaurants, and bakeries.

Terribly outdated, filthy windows overlooking rooftop duct work was our view. Filthy old blanket made of foam type material. Not one piece of furniture matched anything. A matress cover over the box spring, sheets and a light blanket covering the matress completed the bed dressings. No refrigerator, cups, coffee or any other amenities.

Room was clean. Service was fine. Location was nice. Located near places to eat, Library, 5th ave. And close to Times Square without being in middle of it.
