Would have liked a throw blanket as the AC is cold, but without too hot. Salt and Pepper, a bread knife, a better equipped kitchen would have been nice. The bathtub is a danger, it is extremely difficult to get in and out of the tub/shower and is an accident waiting to happen. It was difficult to get cold water running out of the shower as well, temp was too hot and difficult to regulate.

The building Association has taken additional measurements due to the Covid-19 Pandemic to ensure the safety of our guest. We hope you return once again as the building has improved the procedures and we are all adapting to a "New Normal."

the toilets had stains in the bowls, the main entrance/lobby is extremely beautiful, but once you get off the elevator upstairs on your floor the hallways are not nice at all. They look aged and they have this terrible banana colored paint on the walls. that's why there are no photos of the real hallways online. The hallway carpets were dirty and they needed to be vacuumed. The room opens with a physical key, like a key cut from home depot in the 90's. For the amount of money they're charging i feel like they need to step up the technology. Oh, and after i paid the "Parking Fee" we found out you cant park under the hotel or on the premises, its a private parking garage a block away, lucky for me it didn't rain or i would have been even more upset. Ill never stay here again. EVER.

While we at SS Vacation Rentals operate a number of short term rental units in the building, we unfortunately do not have any control over the maintenance of the common areas. I have already sent your feedback about the hallways to the property's management team, as we do agree that the experience you are describing is below an acceptable standard. I am sorry to hear about the misunderstanding that occurred with the parking! There are two parking options available for our guests. The building offers an on-site valet service, separate from SS Vacation Rentals, that our guests can arrange directly upon arrival with the valet attendant. The cost of the valet service is $40/night + an $11 'in and out fee' every time you take out your car. In order to offer our guests an alternative, more economical option, we secured a limited number of spaces in a public parking lot across the street from the property. We offer the parking passes for these spots to our guests for $30/day, with no additional in & out fees. I hope you will reconsider and come back to stay with us again at any one of our properties for your next Miami getaway! We would love the chance to make it up to you with a much better guest experience!

The property is on a stunning piece of land and has amazing panoramic views in a perfect walk-able district of Miami. The buildings are edgy and modern designs and very unique, there is 3 towers with a roof top pool, 12 floor super pool, and the most stunning spa and fitness center the world has known that I've been to at least. The unit itself was an awesome corner unit, with a view of the water and the canals and greater part of the city. I could not have been more happy with the place. Sabrina and Alex where however the stars of the show, being super helpful and fun and getting me a room for an extra night when my friends didnt tell me they forgot to get a hotel. I love Sabrina! I dont know how else to say it, she was just the coolest and most helpful staff person Ive ever met in my life and put in a real effort to make things awesome for my stay! I will for sure be back!
