Front desk person, Raul, is the only reason I was happy with the location. He was pleasant and very helpful. I was not happy with our room, which had only a view of a wall. I did need to take care of some business, thank you for the use of a computer, but the printer was almost out of ink and the mouse would not work day 2. A female staff said tgat the fax did not work, howver, Raul was not aware of that and immediately faxed it the next morning. For the price it should include adequate business facilities, oh and at least a continental breakfast. I do not recommend as not a value for the service.

The staff was friendly. The hotel allowed us to check in an hour early. However the room wasn't what I expected from a Hilton hotel or for the price. It was a bit run down. The cleanliness of the room was also not what I expected. There was stains from what looked like something spilled on door in bathroom, dirty walls, etc.

The breakfast buffet selections needs to be improved upon. The rooms were semi clean. We found baby toys and miscellaneous things under our bed. The outlets did not work nor did the bed lamps.
