BEWARE OF THE HILTON BENTLEY! This Hilton may be the worst constructed hotel I have EVER stayed in. I left a getaway EXHAUSTED! Not only could I hear the person next door to me simply ZIPPER HER BAG there are NO sound absorbing materials used anywhere in building this hotel. I requested a room "away from elevator" but the hotel floors are so small that you cannot help but be near the elevator. I could hear elevator bell RING every single time! I never knew how much traffic a small floor could receive until I experienced staying at the Hilton Bentley. I could not believe what I was experiencing! The rooms are so close together that the door frames leading in are just inches apart from each other. You can hear everything. Every time a door closes it SLAMS harder than I have ever heard a hotel room door close. I tried to sleep the next morning but the cleaning crew began their day using blaring walkie talkies and continued the slamming of every door on the floor multiple times as they went in and out of each room. I never received the call about trying a different room from the manager as promised so we wound up leaving after the first night with no refund available to me. I had a feeling and anticipated them ignoring that request since what difference would it make since changing rooms does not change the hotel. Clean? Yes. Good location? Yes. However, you will not sleep well at all. What's the price of that worth? We wound up paying to stay at another hotel! Waste of money!

Thank You for your review. It is being taking into consideration to improve the acoustics, to provide ear pieces to the team and to minimize any noises we can prevent.We do understand that due to the boutique size of the property, most of the rooms are just steps away from the elevators. These could be seen as a disadvantage. But it is also an advantage since you can quickly move around the property without having to walk long hallways to get back from your accommodation to other areas of the resort.Thank you for mentioning the cleanness and the good location.

Room was nice. Room service didn't come until dinner time each day so we ended up making our own bed, taking out trash etc. Also we were in the West tower staring directly at the east tower balcony. They are close together so sitting outside was awkward.

Needs to be Updated

Pros: location
Cons: decor. Hire a talented designer that does clean, modern looks. Cynthia Pedrosa is one choice. Upgrade the art. Try some good photographs.
It's a convenient location for what I need to do but it is a mess. First, be careful and make sure they include breakfast or it's a $30 fee each day. The hotel is a mishmash of styles. The bathrooms don't have enough hooks or bars to hang wet towels or a washcloth in the shower. The products are low end. The design is a disgrace. It looks like someone couldn't decide between modern, gilt, antique, classic--a mess. The art is awful. The bed was comfy thankfully. The outlet near the bed for the cell phone was dead. How hard is that to test? The Greek restaurant in the hotel, Santorini, was good and fun but the rest was a place that hasn't gotten any love for a long time and the price doesn't reflect that.

Some units are privately owned

Nice hotel with great location. Unfortunately, our room was next store to a unit in which the tv blared all night and dog barked continuously. Management could do nothing because the unit was privately owned and the owner was not there (left the dog by itself). They did change my room at 3am. Also the restaurant adds the tip when they give you the bill (even one drink). Kind of insulting.

The room was crazy small.

My room was really small and had a bathtub/shower only that was dangerous to get in and out of. I mean dangerous. Room service was over an hour but good. No bar in the hotel any longer. Only a pool bar that closes early.

Great Girls Weekend

This was my first visit to The Bentley and they couldn't have done a better job. Ervin welcomed us and was very informative of the hotel and the surrounding area. We needed some help finding a drug store and he was more than helpful. Maria, was new to her job at the front desk, but was so nice and helpful pointing us in the right direction to the beach, where the chairs were located. Aqua is the nightly security guard and we felt very safe knowing that he was there all night to walk around the hotel property. Louis was on the night shift and was very patient with 3 girls having a girl trip. He was considerate and helped us find the best hot spots. Thank you to everyone that helped make our vacation the best possible. The breakfast was amazing and convenient and our rooms were clean and well stocked. Thank you over and over again.
