There was a hidden fee of $30 for servicing the room.. cleaning I assume… this is horrible as it’s their business to clean the room not mine.

I enjoyed the staff they were very helpful and friendly and nice. The condition of the hotel for them to have remodeled it it what it looks very horrible the hallways smell like mold very very very very bad I wanna believe in what a respiratory infection. I have stayed here before it was not like this it looked at so much better the remodel I mean I don’t know it just looks like this hotel needs to be torn down and built over from the bottom up we could not have we could not use the pool I didn’t understand why I just wasn’t pleased at all

I liked the location of the property. I liked the front desk staff, they were extremely helpful and friendly. I liked that you had to use a key card to get in the hotel after a certain time. I liked the old time feel of the property. I was given a bottle of wine by hotel staff for my birthday. I requested to change my room due to an odor and was allowed to do so with no issue. However, the property needs to be upgraded. Pool area is very small and located in the center of the restaurant. The elevators were extremely small. No microwave in room. No clocks. The phone was connected away from the bed. Two full length mirrors in room but both were located behind the night stands(difficult to see yourself) Only one lamp on one of the nightstands(one side of the room was bright, the other side dim) Rails for towels and wash cloths were located around the toilet (unsanitary), instead of the shower. Rubber seal coming up around shower. The balcony sliding door was off track so it was difficult to open and close. I didn't like the all white bed linen (my hair color stained the pillow). Extra towels and wash cloths not automatically given daily. Only two ice machines and Ice machine on our floor was broken. Crystal wine glasses and crystal ice bucket not sensible in rooms. Mini fridge filled to capacity with hotel items, unable to use the fridge for ourselves.

Ok but smells humidity all over specially in the room. Room was not clean when i arrive, peoples hair on the floor.
