Fraudulent hotel!! Do not book here unless you want to stay at a hostile type hotel! Their pictures are not representative of the property, the pool is not working and the building has no secure access it is completely open for anyone to walk in. There is no lobby. We booked this property based on Travelocity pictures, description and rating but the day before our check in we were told by a friend that the property advertised is not the property. So we called Travelocity to request a change in hotel and they informed us that the hotel advised them they will not return our money. Btw, they drafted the entire stay before we even confirmed the room! We then decided that we will pray for the best and hope our friend was wrong, so upon arrival we were so upset, we advised the manager about our concerns and basically were told Too Bad: we were almost crying because we were so upset but we were very nice and basically begged them to refund our money. We even explained that if they had advertised accordingly we would never have booked here in the first place, Of course there are people that may like that atmosphere and that’s ok, but they are false advertising!! We left and found rooms at a much nicer hotel, which was as advertised accordingly!! I’ve already contacted my lawyer and will be getting my money refunded but if they were a stand up hotel they would have understood our concerns, especially because we have a infant with us. Now it has to turn into a battle!!

well the reason we booked here was the roof top pool which still showed in pic's right up until our arrival during check in we were told due to construction it was closed. asked if they could do anything for us .. NOPE.
