So far my experience with Travelocity sucks because you book me in a property that was booked already and i Had to scramble!!!

Beautiful exterior, beat up rooms

Pros: Exterior, entrance, location, staff was friendly
Cons: Strictly enforce smoking policy. Replace room carpet
Had a hard time due to the cigarette smoke getting into the room. Carpet in room had large holes in it. Very ratty.

Had a great experience

Centrally located, 2 blocks from the Metro. Room clean, elegant. Safe neighborhood; Sanborn's and OXXO right outside the door. Staff friendly, good English.
