The Apartment and location was fantastic. Unfortunately both lifts were out of action resulting in having to climb stairs. Things do happen, however the situation was handled extremely poorly by the staff as I had my elderly mother of 89 years. No apology no offer to assist. When paying good money and the lifts don't work management need to go the extra mile. Pity anyone on the 17th floor.

A nice place to stay in that area of the city. Close to the big grounds. Lot's of dining in the streets behind the hotel.
