Nice facility, however seems to be a problem with toilet and tub drainage. Additionally, there was a spider and cricket in our room at two different points during stay.

Very impressed.

Pros: It was clean, parked outside of room.
Cons: Bathroom is a little small.
Location: It's close to the freeway and downtown McKinney.
The staff was friendly and nice. The entire place is clean, able to reach the parking area from several areas. It was quiet and just what we needed.

a little disappointed...but staff was friendly

Pros: Staff was friendly. Nice pillows.
Cons: Fix the hot tub, it needs to be completely redone or replaced. Get the right size frame for the mattresses.
Location: Construction on the highway prevented us from doing too much outside the hotel.
We looked online for a hotel in McKinney to go see our new grandchild. We chose this hotel for the convenient location and for the hot tub and free breakfast that was listed on the website. The hot tub was warm, but the jets did not work and was in need of repair. The hot tub itself was in disrepair, with crumbling concrete falling into it. There was no free breakfast and when we asked about it, the staff said they haven't offered it in a very long time. I said it was on their website, and when they pulled it up on the computer, they said that travelocity was notified that they do not offer breakfast and would call them to have it taken off. They were very kind, and provided us with some free prepackaged muffins. Not to be undone, there was major highway construction going on which caused a big hassle trying to leave and return. We won't be going there again.The mattress on our beds were too small for the frame- sharp edges stuck out from underneath and we put our shoes on them to protect our shins. The pillows, however, were surprisingly nice...wish we could buy some for our home.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay here at the hotel. Only recommendation to the hotel would be a better breakfast. Some more options for children would be great.
