Common areas (hallways, elevator, dining area) should be vacuumed daily. As best I could determine no vacuuming during my 5 night stay. This hotel does not provide room service during multiple night stay except by special request.

We apologize that your stay with us was not up to par. Unfortunately we do not have daily room cleaning services until we have more staff so your room is not mixed with staff having cleaned a dirty used room and tracks it to your space. As for cleaning hallways, we have taken the time of day into account when we vacuum near rooms as not to disturb other guests.
