Rodeway inn in Manitou Springs

Pros: The location was close to the event I wanted to go to. The staff helped me with directions to where I wanted to go. The staff was helpful.
Excellent! I would recommend this hotel. I will stay in this hotel again in the future.

good place to stay

had a hard time getting rooms and roadway had what we were looking for. had a fair price and when we got there room was ready and wanted 2nd floor . greeted very nice and put us on 2nd floor - room was quiet and nice and clean . had breakfast there and was ok . close to what we were doing for the weekend so that was great. would recomend to others .

Nice and Clean

We spent 5 nights here in June 2010 for a family reunion. The location is a bit noisy between two major highways and it is quite a hike into Manitou Springs, but it is walkable. The hotel had just become a Rodeway Inn and seemed to be doing some upgrading. Their pirate themed restaurant was like a step back in time, but fun for the kitsch value. Actually, the food was pretty good. The rooms were clean, beds were good, and there was a nice continental breakfast with cereals, breads, juice, coffee, etc. Best part was it never got crowded. The pool was very nice with a large deck and Jacuzzi. I'd have preferred to be closer to Manitou, but most of the hotels are clustered near this one and most have the highway noise problem. All look like they were built in a different era; some have more vintage charm than others. This is not a resort location, but a nice comfortable reasonably priced hotel with access to all that Colorado Springs has to offer.
