It's a good hotel for business, events or if you are transiting and need to be in the Ortigas area, but not necessarily the best for "Staycations". The big plus is its connectivity to Robinsons Galleria which has recently been renovated. The rooms are okay but they probably need to update the TV and other facilities if they wish to remain very competitive with the newer hotels in the area like Marco Polo and Oakwood. One of the restaurants is being renovated so maybe it's a good time to check it again once that's done.

Beautiful place, great service

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
This was my first overseas vacation and I had an absolute ball. The hotel is very well appointed, it was clean and neat throughout. Staff was attentive and helpful, one night my wife had heartburn and they sent up a nurse with antacid pills at no additional charge, wow. Internet access was a bit steep at $20/day, the breakfast buffet was $25, not such a great value there but that was about the worst of what I ran into. Reasonably close to the airport, convenient to shopping, highly recommended.

Great Location, Great Breakfast, Will stay again

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
This is the place to be for the money! Excellent service, location and food! Adjacent to mall that has everything you need. Nicely equipped gym, spa offered complete packages although a bit pricey it was still cheaper then what the US prices would be. Fast elevators, good Bellman/Porters. No complaints other then some minimal confusion with the front desk. Internet is not free and not cheap in your room but the mall next door has free wifi and also an internet cafe on the bottom floor which is cheap. Breakfast is included ONLY with some rooms, read the details.

Very Accomodating

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet
I was on business in Manila, traveling alone and unfamiliar with the area. The staff were very conscientious of my needs and safety. Almost everything you could need is on site at the hotel or in the mall that is connected to it. There were many choices for food and entertainment. It was an exceptional place, especially for the money. I would stay there again.

Excellent Hotel Quality but terrible customer service quality

When we arrived at the hotel, no one really offered to help us with our bags, we were extremely tired and we were expecting a warm and friendly welcome, but it seemed to me that the staff were trying to avoid us, first off i booked an Club Executive Room so I was expecting much better treatment ;with the price I paid; but instead no one was really helpful, there were 2 hotel boys but none offered at least to lift a heavy suitcase when i was having trouble lifting it up the stairs towards the check in, then when I was at the check in counter no one really seemed to give importance to our reservation and just told us to go up the 19th floor and do our check in at the club lounge, when we reached the club lounge, the girl just casually confirmed our reservation and once again just told us to go to room 1903 without even offering again to have someone help us with our bags, and the people there thought that I knew how to navigate around the hotel like the back of my hand, and the biggest insult was when my girlfriend tried to ask the security guard to hail us a cab but the guard just impatiently pointed to a taxi and said "THERE" in a very rude and impolite manner not even offering to open the door for my girlfriend, so many things I would like to say about their quality but this comment box is only giving me until 300 characters so i just wanna say that Food and Room Quality was superb 5 stars indeed, but the service quality seemed like something from a 2 bit motel
