Not enjoyable at all . No refund for a last night'

Pros: Not much
Cons: It all needs help in just about everything imaginable .
Location: Nothing near by , have to travel for an hour to get to better places to see or shop .
It was not a good place to stay at , period . No reply for the last night we left open for a later date to use . No refund available they said , because of my booking on line . The place was so small and only air conditioning in the bedroom only . Even the adult pool was closed the entire time we stayed , being the real reason I chose the hotel over the others ! I can't say enough about this bad location and the lack of anything there .
