I had forgotten how luxury hotels in general charge extra for each item. I was suprised in particular that there was a charge for the shuttle from the hotel to the airport, particularly because it was such a short trip. I also was suprised by how slow the service in the restaurant was. Perhaps the restaurant should hire more waiters. Nevertheless, the room was clean, and I appreciate that the staff made the sleepaway couch into a bed before we arrived so we did not have to go to that trouble. Thank you for the comfortable stay.

I made resevations for dinner at 7pm. I was seated and gave my dinner selection by 7:05. My drink was delivered promptly and the appetizer. Then I waited and waited for my dinner. Other guests came and went, and I was still waitingafter a full hour of waiting, i finally got my dinner. Next morning, despite the fact I told the driver of the hotel van which airline I was flying with, he took me to the wrong terminal and I had to spend 10 pounds for a taxi to get to the correct terminal. Not good!

Old and ver dirty for the price. Won’t stay there again. Stains all over the carpet, baby nappie in the bin in the bathroom,etc

Great customer service. Clean comfortable rooms. But the toilet didn’t flush properly. Fast easy free airport shuttle. Would recommend and stay again.

We were booked to stay at the Hilton Manchester Airport on June 21, 2019. I had advised the hotel at the time of our booking that we would be checking in late. When we arrived at the hotel (approx 1130pm) their systems were down and they were unable to check us in (and several other guests). They advised us that they were on the phone with support and hoping to have the issues resolved within the next hour. This was kind of annoying as we had to be at the airport for 4am for a 6am flight, but things happen. By 1 am the issues still had not been resolved and they could not provide us or other guests with an update as to when we could get into our rooms. At this point they advised us that there were other rooms available at the Radisson or the Marriott hotel but we would have to pay for these rooms out of pocket. This is absolutely ridiculous. Multiple guests (including myself) asked for a refund. They took my booking information and told me it would be a few days before I could get a refund as they would have to talk to Travelocity. I contacted Travelocity to expedite my refund. Travelocity has been amazing to work with (thank you to JM the agent who has been dealing with our case). It is now July 2nd and the agent has tried multiple times to get in touch with the Hilton and has yet to speak to a manager. I do not recommend the Hilton Manchester Airport, unless you want to sleep on a chair at the airport.
