I was really helpful about this hotel and location. This hotel is located in a fabulous section of town. Unfortunately we found the level of cleanliness to be disappointing. The front desk staff were kind but the staff in the breakfast area were really unfriendly. We did not purchase a package that included breakfast nor did we had any interest in breakfast but we wanted a simple coffee from the machine and that became a big hassle every morning. There’s so many four-star hotels in Madrid that I won’t be staying here again

Great staff, great location and very clean, pillow are to big if you prefer light pillow or feathers not available. Mattress also a bit hard

Nice location

Staff very friendly, breakfast good, location in great area close to every thing. Bathroom not practical at all, vanity in very tight spot, room small and not practical
