Great location and very nice staff. We stayed here at the tail end of our Spain trip (and backend of our Madrid stay). The place is very near to great restaurants, walkable site seeing, etc. The place itself was nice, but did not feel very clean. For example, walls were scuffed up, floor in some spots had a slight stickiness to it, bed spread had a stain on it, etc. Again, great location, but not worth the value given cleanliness issues.

The property was very spacious. Full kitchen and living room as well as hot water with really good water pressure. Comfortable beds as well! Oh and the views were spectacular.
