The 0nly thing is the floors; I was in a room with my pet- small breed - going barefoot my feet dirty. I have similar vinyl flooring and it seems they need extra wet mopping. which makes a big difference.

The first room I was given was filthy. Had not been cleaned window open. Trash on floor. Very unsatisfactory.

We called around 10:30 pm while we were at a late dinner in downtown Macon. It was a late evening as we went to a concert in downtown Macon and then out for dinner. No one answered. We called again around 11 pm. Once again no one answered. We then left for the hotel around 11:30. When we arrived at the hotel no one was there. We waited ten minutes more and no one was there. Finally I wandered into the hotel office hoping to see someone. No one was there; but a woman walked in and started yelling at me that I should not be in the office. I explained that we had a reservation and that we could not find anyone to let us in. She said she had been in the bathroom for five minutes. If so she should have posted a note saying she was in the bathroom and would return shortly. She was lying since no one had answered the phone for over an hour and no one was at the lobby desk for at least the ten minutes while we had been waiting. She was very angry and refused to honor our bookings. She claimed that I was rude and said she was going to call the police. I told her to go ahead and call the police. We waited over an hour for the police and finally called Travelocity and asked them to book us another hotel. Instead they called the clerk and after talking with her they chose to cancel our reservation; but did nothing to help us find anther hotel.It was after 12 midnight and we were left stranded at night without a place to stay. The service at the hotel and at Travelocity was terrible
