Was specifically told when I made the reservation that the pool was open- that why I booked that hotel- so our kids could swim. It was not open and staff was okay napoligwtic sbout it Styrofoam at breakfast. Come on! It’s 2022

We were happy they accommodated us by giving our two rooms near each other. The only complaint we had was the ice machine on our floor was our of order.
