Free parking nice. Room looked recently updated and was a little above average. Tub had odd slope to it and was not easy to stand in. Property under construction/renovation so had construction noise. Lobby and checkin area not inviting.

This hotel was convenient with close access to the airport. It is buried within many other hotels along a curved road. Despite the close proximity to the airport it was quiet with cable options, a quiet heating and air system and lots of pillows.

I am not sure when the "service" industry became the "no service" industry but it seems to be the case. The covid excuse is wearing thin. If you cant get help maybe its time to pay more. This hotel doesnt bother to tell you that you will have no maid service then when you ask about your room not being cleaned they tell you they dont have the staff to clean all the rooms.

Thanks for staying. I would like to sincerely apologize for not getting your room cleaned daily. Unfortunately it is a combination of reasons. We do offer stayover service upon request. Some people are actually sensitive about their rooms being entered due to the pandemic. We are unfortunately short staffed along with most of the world and are truly doing the best we can.
