"Great place to stay."
Love the fact that the hotel is right next to the Century Outdoor Mall with plenty of great restaurants and eateries in the area. The decor is very chic and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable and the overall decor of the room was modern and trendy. Great place to hang out in LA. Only thing that was a bum was the fact that you had to pay for internet if you want access from your room. I figure internet services would be a given in this type of hotel but that is not the case.

"Got to check in a little early which was nice"
The only thing that wasn't nice is where the hotel is located, not a very good part of town and did not look like someplace you would want to walk anywhere to. Very dirty part of town, bars on the windows. The hotel room was nice and the staff very kind and helpful. If it was located somewhere else possibly closer to something would have been better because cab rides were terrible and expensive.

"Elegance at it's best"
Really enjoyed my stay at the Biltmore. I saw a lot of posts mentioning that the hotel is outdated. That's the beauty of it. It has been left to it's original grandeur. It is absolutely beautiful in the lobby and it has dozens of little sitting areas and bars to have a drink or tea. Although the decor has been kept in the original state it is clean and has comfortable beds and flat screen TV's. If you are looking for the cutting edge in luxury amenities, this may not be the hotel for you, but if you are someone who would love to sit at a beautiful oak bar tucked away in corner and wonder to yourself 'Did Gretta Garbo, Marlene Dietrich and Clark Gable drink a martini when they were here too?' Then you absolutely are in the right place.

"The room felt a little cold to me because of the minimalist, modern decor, but overall very nice."
Overall, the amenities were very nice, including the Keurig coffeemaker and toiletries. One of the two elevators was broken, so it took a very long time to get to my room when I checked in.
