We stayed one night to be closer to Universal the next day. Nice hotel, comfortable beds, clean, staff was friendly. Will stay here again.

There were a lot of homeless people in the vicinity and coming in the dining area to take food. The staff was not very friendly for this situation.

While the staff were great and tyt price ended up being better than I thought we found a dead cockroach in the bathroom and reported it to several people and nobody took care of it. I finally scooped it up with a cup and flushed it down the toilet! Overall okay
