When I got to the property I realized the toilet tissue was damp but I thought it was maybe from some water up top the sink that may have ran down so I ignored it well the very nxt morning upon check out i discovered that it was an actual water leak underneath the sink...so I called downstairs to mention it and the staff told me they can switch my room but like I said I was checking out so when I asked for some type of accomidation not a full refund or anyhting she stated to me that it was applicable for that. It was the nerve for me. I'll never consider staying at this hotel again.

My room had cockroaches! So disgusting! And the front lobby absolutely reeked of marijuana. Even while I was at the front desk checking in, another guest came up to get a different room because his room smelled awful. And my room was not cleaned well. The shower still had shampoo residue all over the walls. I will never stay at this hotel ever again

Everything was broken and they do service every 2 weeks, no towels , no pillowcases bad place to stay.

On website it says breakfast included, that was not the case. Coffee bar is not breakfast, if it said that on the website i would have not booked because i do not drink coffee. Also each morning the room rug was wet near the desk. The first night my childs clothes got all wet, and theybstated theybwould let managment know, mangement never reached out to me. Second night, rug was wet again in room 132. The remote for the television in that room didnt work either. I was advised to unplug the tv for 15seconds then it should work and that was not the case. I had to call to again to have a differnt remote. The cleanliness in the bathroom was not great. There was hair left over around the sink and bathtub before I even used the bathroom.

Ran out of towels at front desk. Fire sprinkler started leaking in the middle of the night. Called front desk and was told maintenance would look at it the next day. As far as I know no one ever came to look at it. Breakfast was also very disappointing. Misleading in the picture

What to say...we took this stay in stride. Check in was a snap, security was often moving through the parking lots, which was much appreciated. That's where the positives dissapate. Luckily there was a sign at the desk that instructed to call front desk if we needed dishes, cutlery and appliances ie coffee maker. No problem! We called and asked for those items. The hotel is sadly understaffed and I feel for the employees dealing with the impact...i believe they were trying their best to manage in a very challenging situation. We picked up the items at the front desk...very wet..still, no problem...when we attempted to use the coffee maker we found it was broken. Coffee in the lobby was promptly taken down at 6PM and we were told that it would be up again at 6am when breakfast grab and go began. At 6 am we went to lobby. There were no grab and go bags and no coffee...by 6:32 it was being set up. Now... let's talk about the real infractions. There were computer made 'signage' that stated "2 people maximum per elevator" (there were 2 elevators) ...and below that, "please use stairs whenever possible"...then we looked into each elevator...both had lapsed their annual inspection. To the stairs we went... When we arrived at our door...we we're able to pull down on the handle and open the door a good 2 inches. It seems during the renovations, they changed locking mechanisms and failed to install a plate in the previous locking mechanism to ensure the door would close flush.
