Cons: Front desk training on point policy
Had I known that the stay would not count towards my Marriott points i would have booked direct. I don't want to hear its buried in fine print. The girl at the desk checking me in happily accepted my point member number, keyed it in, and said I was all set? Lost 5 nights worth of points!

Disappointed

Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything - it is dirty
When I arrived the front desk was very nice - got to my room and the lock was broken and did not work. Went back to front desk and got different room and key. Went to the new room and is was a disabled room. I am not disabled but generally don't mind. However in this case the shower was a hand held and barely a dribble of water came out - took 15 minutes just to rinse our shampoo. The tub was filthy and the hotel is in bad need of a good clean job and updates. I will never stay there again - it is dirty!!

2 night stay with pet

We had a very enjoyable stay at the Residence Inn. It was very clean, the breakfast was very good and the employees were very helpful. We stayed there because we had our house tented for termites, so we brought our cat along. It was very convenient and the cat was not bothered. I expected the rooms to have pet odors but I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay here again.

Great stay.

The online travel website was able to get us a 2 bedroom suite at a great price. The full kitchen was nice to have and the breakfast buffet was great compared to other hotels continental breakfasts. It was a family vacation to disneyland and it was about a 20 minute drive to disney. It was well worth it because for the same price near disney it would have been a standard room and not a 2 bedroom suite. The pool was nice and the staff was courteous. Would definitely recommend.
