Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service
Room is comfortable, cleanliness is great and housekeeping staffs were great. Staffs in restaurant also nice and hardworking serve clients. However the receptionist is not friendly at all especially women wearing glasses. She seems don't want to entertain enquiries and I feel like she is racist. The way she talk is just she is the owner of the building and I was one of her staffs asking questions. Mens at the reception are ok especially at evening and night shift. Check out is before 11am which I feel ridiculous and they have space for luggages at the back of helpdesk / refeptionist. Unfortunately you need to put by yourself and it is not safe at all because anyone can go and out from this baggage space.

Looking for a clean and well-maintained hotel to crash and refuel? This is it. No frills, but very simple and comfortable enough. Very close to Bayswater and Queensway tube stations, as well as Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens.
Very clean. Polite and professional staff. I stayed by myself and the room was small but more than enough for one person. Some people might expect more in the way of bathroom amenities, but the only thing I missed was toothpaste. Shower was nice and powerful, although it'll be a squeeze if you're on the larger size.
I actually said "Yes!" When I saw the jammy dodgers that were included with the tea and coffee, of which there were plenty. Breakfast was really good with something for everyone and lots of it. The dining room was also very nice and made me want to stay, rather than wolf down my food and leave. I'm already planning to stay again on my way out of the UK.
