Nobu - A Michelin starred restaurant with a simple, elegant design featuring light woods and natural stone. Enjoys views across Hyde Park through full-height windows, and is packed with celebrities and fashionable diners on a nightly basis. Serves a mix of Peruvian-Japanese cuisine with specialities including Black Cod with Miso, Sashimi Salad with Matsuhisa Soy Sauce Dressing, Hamachi Sashimi with Jalapenos and Squid Pasta with Light Garlic Sauce. Open for lunch and dinner.

Met Bar - A dynamic bar with decadent red leather furnishings, wine-dark walls and soft, moody lighting. Members and hotel guests are served drinks by Armani-clad waiters while listening to headline DJs spinning London lounge music.
