Honest accommodation near King's Cross/St-Pancras
Staff was polite. Arrived very early (way before check-in time), they offered me a cup of tea and kept my luggage until I could sign in in the afternoon. Clean room and hotel in general, shower did not drain very well and is flat with the rest of the bathroom floor, so there was water all over the bathroom floor. Did not take breakfast there so I cannot comment.

Good stay, nice and clean!
The hotel was clean, nice bathroom and very close to Euston station. Could not fault it. As it must have been quite a substancial residence in the past the only thing is that you can hear guests walking in the room above you. Altough that has happened in newly built hotels too. I had a good stay!

Staff were absolutely excellent, nothing was too much trouble. They were attentive, without being intrusive. The room was perfectly adequate, with more character than a premier inn or other large chains. Location was perfect, just off the Euston Road, but close enough to be able to walk from the station. it did get a little noisy at night, but mainly due to the nature of a big city, nothing the hotel could do about this, and it didn't last long.If in London again for the night this would be my first choice hotel. I did have a room on the third floor, which involved negotiating a narrow spiral staircase with my suitcase. Being fit and healthy this was not a problem for me, but may be something less fit people may want to check when booking,
