I loved that there where so many outlets to charge our devices. I loved the bathroom "smart mirror" and all the modern upgrades like the flowing water fixtures on the sinks and the rain effect shower head.the mattress was so comfortable, the refrigerator was a great size and included a freezer. I arrived late to check in and the office was closed, i freaked out for a moment but when I called the emergency number, the person i spoke to was very kind and explained that my keycard was in a little black lock box by the night window, he gave me the code and there was my keycard with my name on it and wifi passcode...he told me welcome and enjoy my stay.. i thought that was awesome!!! Also the room was very clean and had beautiful wood floors, i would definitely come back .

The room was very small , did not have a soft chair innroom only a small table with 2 hard chairs. Drapes or curtain had to be closed for privacy and were four individual pieces to close and overlap each other. No carpet in room has laminate floors and which are noisy to walk on Faucet did not turn water on the cold water side. There were some spots on the wall just inside the bathroom It needs a good looking at to make things better!!

There was a hole in the ceiling that appeared to be from water damage. Also, the heater kept clicking at night time and a loud fan can be heard at night time, both making it hard to sleep. We kept waking up.

The safety lock on the door leading into the room had been broken off and it was very difficult to use the deadbolt in order to lock the door.
