the wheel chair rooms need more room for a wheel chair to get around in. the bath room needs a seat in the tub so someone who cannot walk can transfer over and into the tub.

There was a lot of confusion about a handicap room. Just adding bars to a bathtub does not a handicap bathroom make. They made arrangements for us to go to another motel, which we appreciate, however, I called in advance to confirm the handicapped bathroom and wheelchair friendly. The manager reported that someone called 5 days in advance to confirm the room. The front desk person stated some called at 8:00 to confirm is why we could not have it. I was the one that called at 8:00. Learned a lot about traveling with a broken femur in wheelchair.

Dear Anonymous, I am sorry that there was some confusion with the ADA room and ADA room with wheel in shower. When I spoke to you in regards to this on the phone that Friday evening, your exact words were that you had called to confirm you had a handicapped accessible room. The room type you booked is a handicapped accessible room. Unfortunately, you didn't confirm wheel in shower; again per our discussion. All of our ADA rooms have to be approved by the state; as there are guidelines that have to be followed in order to qualify as ADA. Once again, sorry for your confusion. Travis M General Manager

A great place to stay

Pros: Spacious spotless clean room, super comfortable bed, plenty of pillows, friendly staff. Great A/C.
Location: It's a quiet town, even more so on a Monday - so I toured around the lake a little, shopped next door and for boots. (I'm a tourist)
Spent a couple of nights here - my first in a La Quinta. Everything was as it should be, and I was very happy.

Great Hotel!

Pros: See above.
Cons: Really, nothing. Just keep doing what you are doing.
We had a very nice stay. Room was nice and clean. Bed was great and the breakfast was best we have had for this type of hotel.

Great Nights Rest!

After a long day on the road it’s nice to come into an establishment like this a get a Goodnights rest. I didn’t give it five stars because the night clerk was a little cranky and I found shaved hair on the bathroom curtain ugh! Breakfast was great and the bed was oh so comfortable.

This hotel was not good.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
First of all I was booked for 1 rooom with 2 queen size beds. I got a room with 1 king and a pull out couch. I had 3 people in 1 room. Next we went out to the hot tub to relax. Guess what, it was broken. Both nights people had been grilling out by the pool.(I guess management thought it was there private pool.)I was issued 1 key for my room. I was told if I would get 2 keys the programing would mess up my key?? The back door we entered thru was always unlocked?? This hotel is only 2 years old . It is very pretty,but not kept up at all. The landscaping was pathetic. The flowers were dying and the lawn needed mowed. Needless to say I was very dissappointed.

Great Job

It was very pleasant staying at this hotel, it was clean, quiet, well maintained rooms, and the breakfast was fresh. The staff was very helpful, will visit there again!!!!
