Pleasant Stay overall
I arrived on Saturday, everything was grand. I only have a couple of issues that aren't major but did impact a little. I was staying in Room 1, which overall was a lovely room, opposite the loo and kitchen area. I was pleased to have a kettle and sachets in the room, everything supplied was in the cup provided (a cappuccino sachet, 2 milk sachets, some sugar and some loose teabags) took everything out of the cup and made myself a lovely cappuccino, went to have the milk sachets to find I could only use one as the other had been used but was left in the cup, causing a teabag to look like a dried used one - yes I threw it away. The other issue I had was there was no lamp near the bed, so once you turned off the light, you kind of need the torch on your phone to get to the bed, as the light switch is by the door and the bed is on the other side of the room. Room 1 would really benefit with having some sort of floor lamp that is easily switched off beside the bed.

Accommodation was very good for the price we paid. Large room which was mostly en-suite apart from the toilet, but this was stated during the booking.

Does what it says on the tin, nice and tidy/ clean. Helpful having a staff member around 24/7, made me feel safer. My only issue was minor - the bed had a shiny rubber mattress with just a thin bottom sheet (this felt cold/ uncomfortable during the night). Could do with an under layer. Other than that, fine!
