Super friendly staff at the front desk, especially Zakera! She is a gem! This was my first time staying at the Hilton and also flying alone out of BWI; staying here made the first leg of my business trip so much easier. Nice indoor pool, gym, restaurant and bar. I will definitely spread the word about the Hilton, and I will be returning. Thank you for delivering excellent service, keep up the good work!

I liked the fact that we were able to check in early on our way to an appointment in Virginia. We did not get back to the hotel until after midnight.
