For the price, I would have expected a more nicely furnished room. Just seemed very dated and run down.

I purchased the buffet breakfast for the morning and no one could see that I had purchased it. So I had to pay for breakfast. It shows on my invoice but they could not see it on their end.

I made a mistake in staying here. It is an old building and shows it. Front desk staff is awesome! Ordering food was near impossible. The tv menu said call the kitchen from the room phone. But there is no way to locate that number. Or is said download the app. That was not possible either. Had to walk down to the bar to place an order in person. Took over an hour for the food to arrive on a Sunday night. Room was ok but old. Example office chair was worn and seat was cracked a lot. Velate service was great. Areas outside the hotel did not seem safe.
