This was the most frustrating hotel experience I've had in a while. 1) I was charged 3 times for the hotel room: once by Travelocity and twice by the hotel front desk staff. They canceled one of the two charges, but refused to remove the 2nd charge, which required me to contact travelocity for assistance. 2) the tv was was for example a 48" tv, but the picture did not and would not fill the screen. The picture was about 20" on a 48" tv...huge black/empty bars above, below, left and right of the small 20" picture. 3) the walls were thin, could hear neighbors at all hours of the night. 4) breakfast ran out of food. 5) the Front Desk people were dismissive and unhelpful.

My entire experience was great from the time I checked in until the time I checked out!! The hotel is modern and clean. The staff are very pleasant. They served hot breakfast and that was great! My fiance and I enjoyed the pool....Everything about my hotel experience was excellent!! I don't have any complaints!!

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend to attend a family event. We found the hotel to be nice and kept well. Given all the restrictions with COVID-19, this hotel seems to be going above and beyond to make guests feel safe. The room was very clean. My wife and I agreed that the bed was one of the most comfortable beds we stayed on while away from home.
