Unsafe property. Staff not always in hotel . Front entry door for guests by using a room key did not work. It opened without a key 24/7. Not a safe enviroment. Staff did not answer their phone.

The internet was extremely slow to the point that I used my phone instead, and my phone is slow. Also I heard a dripping noise from the bathroom all night long that would not stop. I found out it was something in the vent in the bathroom making the noise.

We got smokers room(was left with no choice) and it stank. The floor didn't feel clean. The soap practically crumbled before even using it. What we disliked the most was the maid service. The maid came to our door in the middle of the night to see if the room needs to be cleaned. What the heck! we were sleeping. This is wrong. Maids should do the service in the mornings or late afternoons. What we liked were the fluffy clean towels.

Housekeeping in only done during the day. I have shared this with the new manager and staff to make sure this never happens. Thank you again for the feedback.

Highs and lows

Pros: The staff was very friendly.
Cons: Housekeeping and breakfast
Location: Lots of businesses nearby.
Checking in was a breeze and the front desk clerk was very friendly and accommodating. First night stay was nice. If you want breakfast best get there early, we went down @ 9:30 and everything was picked over and wasn't being replenished. After a long day came back to the room and our room key wouldn't let us in, was able to get that taken care of rather quickly. Unfortunately, no housekeeping was done on the room, the dirty towels were still all in a pile on the floor, the trash had not been picked up and the beds were not made. Called down to the front desk who stated they were washing towels, 2 hours later went to the front desk and was told they would bring towels up to us. I had to ask for a large trash bag so that we could take care of the trash ourselves. We took our dirty towels to housekeeping and were given clean towels. Next morning went for breakfast and it was the same as the previous morning. Went back to our room to collect our belongings and the room key did not work again. I'd say it wasn't worth the frustration or the money.

Dirty Bathroom

The bathroom was dirty dust and hair on floor. Shelf above towel rack was dusty. Bathroom also had funny smell to it. Ask for room service to sweep and mop which they did but they didn't empty garbage. People hanging out in hallways. The day I checked out some guy asking for a ride. Front desk should've told him he can't hang out in front entrance. Guess they not big on security for their customers.
