This is the worst motel ever stayed in. Paint chipping off of the walls in the bathroom small sorry corners in from the ceiling see you on my painting it. There are holes all over the blankets and sheets that you made it very uncomfortable rubbing against you. We were constantly asked to pay 10 more dollars because we had a dog. We paid her the night, but they just kept asking for more. Swimming, The lady followed us around everywhere we went and asked us what we were doing, I had family stop bye, They wanted more money. I felt like I have a stalker it was constantly and attacked very far from over enjoying a relaxing!!!! Never again will die and I have nobody ever goes here again, and I was told I had the best room in the hotel. It smells so nasty that it was hard to breathe and there is no ventilation in the bathroom or in the room at all

You get what you pay for apparently

Pros: dthere really wasnt much to like other than the location being close to food
Cons: everything...not worth the stay
Location: It is close to the new mall in Richmond, and you have a variety of food stops and shops that are within the vicinity of the hotel
I was in a tight squeeze to get a hotel booking within hours of my arrival. I wanted to pick something that I knew was close to the highway in and out of town and close to restaurants cause we would be having a late arrival. This was my first trip on Travelocity and I figured hey what could go wrong I should have never went from my normal hotel but this time I did and man was I disappointed when we got there the room was cold to be expected but I had to severely pee so i ran to the restroom right quick and low and behold critters crawling across the floor and smashed on the wall i kept thinking i can deal with this i can deal with this so after retrieving food I went to take a shower which was merely lukewarm and icky... i was in the process of enjoying my shower bent over grabbing the wall and there was hair on the wall. this caused me to start to inspect and low behold there is hair all over the wall the tub the knobs... i think i puked more in the shower than the toilet.. and yes i know it was not my hair because i am a prime red head and this hair was off black i will never be back to this location again i appreciate the deal and all but with all that it was not worth the extra four dollars saved
