Good facility within walking distance of Conv. Ctr

Pros: Location, staff, and room rate was reasonable.
Cons: Carpet s need a deep shampoo or replacement.
A quiet, well-managed hotel with an attentive staff. The front desk staff are problem-solvers. Rooms are clean and well serviced. Some of the rooms could use either new carpet or a deep cleaning. Mattress was firm and comfortable to sleep on.There is NO casino here and that;s just fine because there are several around it.

Good value one block off the Strip.

Pros: Quiet, close to the strip and convention center
Cons: no restaurant
This is a great location one block from the Strip and within easy walking distance of the LV Convention Center. My room and bath had been recently refurbished. Very nicely furnished and very clean. This property offers a congenial bar, but no casino so it is calmer and quieter than the casino hotels. The staff was very friendly and attentive.

Eeewwwwww, that SMELL!

This was a "free 3 night stay" from a timeshare I own in CA. The hotel was modest, cramped, and generally OK for a budget, but maids never came to change sheets/towels, and the unbearable part, which caused me to go home one night early, was the STENCH that permeated the entire 3rd floor and wafted through the AC vents from time to time. An "engineer" attempted to fix the AC, but finally I turned it off and opened the sliding glass door (in 105 degree heat) for air. It smelled of sewage, rotten eggs or meth being cooked....really nasty! They wanted to give me another room, but the guard mentioned that the whole hotel smelled like that from time to time. Yuck! Spend the extra money and stay at a newer casino-hotel at the South end of the Strip where the action is!
