We had an awesome time except for the hot water going out 1 day and that they did not recognize our request that we made prior to arrival. It also took me calling to get amount for one night reinstated to my credit card due to all the mishaps

It took us 4 attempts to check in. Once our room wasn't ready, second time they switched rooms so we needed another key, third time we went up to our room and it was dirty and had not been cleaned. Lastly I spoke with a manager they upgraded our room. The new room was clean and great size and great decor. The bed was super comfy. The hotel is nice because it is not as big as many of the other casinos. It's easy to get around. Not as good food selections as most. But did enjoy the pizza.

Husband suggested this hotel- I'm so glad we stayed there! It might not be the fanciest strip hotel- but it was my favorite in terms of the casino/hotel area as it was the least smokey and not overwhelming in size and amenities. Love the NY scene and all the nice restaurants to choose from right there. We went to almost all the strip hotels and I liked this one the best.

First time at New York New York

I try to stay a different place each time I come to Vegas...Overall, pleased with everything at New York.. was a bit disappointed the room had no coffeemaker or vent in the bathroom for showering...nice restaurants although the IL Fornaio was overpriced for the quantity and quality of food...also $30.00 for pizza at the New York pizzeria was a wallet breaker...but it is Las Vegas..Loved the Hershey store and the music at Nine Fine Irishmen...Overall...enjoyable trip!

The hotel is a great place to stay because of its price and location. The roller coaster isnt a smooth ride and there isn't much to see within the hotel. Hershey's chocolate world didn't live up to my expectations

the staff was extremely nice attentive to my needs and I will stay there again . The bed was comfortable with space to move . The water from the shower was nice and hot . The casino floor is spacious. The restaurant s was good brings back memories of when I was back in New York city.

Arrived to dirty room

We paid for upgrades and the room was dirty when we got there. The sheets had not been changed, in fact it looked like a couple had just vacated the bed. The tub was full of wet towels as well as the sink. There was garbage all over the room. For our upgrade they placed us by the roller coaster and it was loud, late into the night.

Super Super noisy!!!!

We spent just one night at NYNY, but we can't sleep until 3am. So noisy! You can hear the people talking in the room beside yours. The young women in the room beside our room screamed and yelled whole night!!!Worst hotel I've even been.
