There was no hot water during our stay. We were moving from CA to FL cross country and all we wanted was a hot bath after a long day of driving. Half the reason people stay at ANY hotel is to sleep and shower. Hard to sleep when youre sticky and filthy. The property says they can issue no credit or refund because we used Travelocity. I would like a refund for at least half the price.

Overall stay was scary, just stayed one night. It seems the hotel rents out rooms to the homeless and alot of shady people wandering around. When we were parking our car, there was a guy working on his car that was all torn apart. Also a man was out with his big pitbull dog who was not on a leash. I did not feel safe staying there. The room had a funny odor and bathroom sink water barely ran out of the faucet. I will definitely not stay there again.

Usually don’t write reviews but If u are looking to stay with family, or even u are normal not a good spot, very dirty, bad smell ( like living with cats and junkies, pot smoking and etc….. rooms were not ready for check in, has bad odor in the rooms as well, very rude staff, no blankets and sheets on the spare beds till after 1:00am and staff was verifying like we were asking the fortune and no blankets still that time. Excuse of been in the washer, friendly and honest Advise stay away. Worst ever experience by booking online by trusting pictures. Stay away…….

I liked the whole building. Location is well, close to the strip if you want to be and other things like food, stores, gas. The bathroom is real small and the front door was hard to open both ways, but may have been just my room. There are no numbers on the buildings, so hard to find your bldg/room. I would stay again though.

Had to request towels, coffee, face cloth and bedding. There was no refrigerator or television in the temporary room I was placed in because they did not have my reservation through Travelocity. The second room was better, but I still had to request towels and bedding. Unbelievable!

Dirty

Pillows stained yellow. comforter had holes. Walls especially in bathroom needed a good washing. Mildew or mold in shower. It was so bad I just wanted to walk out and find somewhere else but my kids were already sleeping in car when we arrived. My husband got towels from the bathroom and laid them on the bed before we put our kids in them.

Sent to 2 different hotels

After driving 7 hours I arrived at the hotel at 2am. The attendant sent me to a sister hotel because they were full. Then the sister sent me to another hotel becuase they had not received the paperwork from the original hotel. Once I arived at the third hotel, the attendant struggled with the computer system for 30 minutes before giving me a key and telling me to come to the office in the morning to check in. Horrible!

Terrible!!!!!

Pros: Nothing!
Cons: See above.
Location: The location is shady and not safe.
DO NOT STAY!!! The place is a low income long term rental apartment. We checked in and noticed people hanging around outside. I witnessed a tenant taking out a screen and climbing in the window. They were probably locked out of their room by management for non-payment. We did not feel safe there and left. So we basically paid and left. It was terrible!!!
