The staff was helpful and understanding about the concerns with the smoke smell thought out the hotel. We rented two rooms and they were both changed because of the disappointment. There were roaches. Dead and some alive. We only stayed because it was too late to look for another facility as we checked in late and had to rise early as we were visiting from Atlanta to celebrate our dads 70th birthday. I chose not to choose Extended Stay again.

I did not like the craziness of the hotel the mattress with 30 it’s smelled really bad in the room it was probably the 30th hotel I have ever been

Never staying not recommending ever again !
The whole hotel room had a Smokey smell to it. The breakfast table should not be close the front entrance due high traffic coming and going. The sheets were dirty and the bed was not connected fully . Worst experience straying in a cheap hotel for an overnight stay . I would never recommend anyone but I guess that's what you get when you stay at a hotel that's also a residence for others.

Reasonable value but poorly equipped for extended stay.
Pros:Free Internet, Quiet, close to the dc metro
Cons:no market close for supplies
Friendly but not very efficient staff. Kitchen not very well equipped for an extended stay. One large saucepan not a full set of cutlery.
Chose this hotel mainly becuse it is in walking distance of the Metro.
